This app allows you to edit your always on  display. 

The app itself can use the in app purchase found patch but after a few mins of patching the app a toast message appears telling you to purchase and you have to his ok then the app closes. 

I have found that the only app you can patch without issue is v2.3 playstore is at v2.7 if i am not mistaken. It has many new features but i have not found a way to patch to premium that works.
