I recently downloaded the latest version but it does not work with the Lords Mobile game, it indicates error with the purchase 202, if someone can help me or indicate if they are going to patch this game I would appreciate it.

I have not attempted Lords Mobile but as far as I know you wont get inApp purchases with lucky patcher, it's a server sided game and plus I can bet they encrypt there values(resources + gold).
Your best bet is to look for a modded apk(current version) which I've seen one or two around but never tried. I stopped playing
