my understanding is that apps/games that utilize their own servers to login/save/load info do not work with LP, at least not in a relatively easy way in which most of us are accustomed to,.

I don't think you can because the app interacts with a website that holds the login info. Consider purchasing this app, it is one of only a handful of apps actually worth buying.
