Top says It all, since android IS becoming more Blocked and more closed, the harder to root, and i wonder if Lucky patcher could have a patch to re-enable app backups (allowing adb backup and adb restore to work) or some way for the user to be able to access AN app data folder without root vía LP itself or somehow redirect the INTERNAL data folder to somewhere in the user data INTERNAL storage, thanks.
