After installing Lucky patcher. even after turning off all the switches and uninstalling the app itself.
I have tried reinstalling all the broken apps except for gmail. and all the apps are still broken.
whenever I launch any of the apps after a few seconds i get "Unfortunately, steam/gmail etc has stopped"
I did not attempt to patch any of the apps. I only attempted to patch Death coming, and I uninstalled the game later the same day,
please advice.

Reinstall, try enabling and disabling License service to Google Play Store and InApp Services to Google Play Store. Try enabling and disabling Google License Verification Emulation and Proxy server for Google Play. Try Toolbox - Remove all saved purchases and removing any Patch for Android, try installing modded play store if you have stock, if u already installed modded reinstall stock, try odex all sys apps, try Batch operations > enable and disable the problematic apps, remember to clear their data and cache too
