What are those three(3) blue dots beside an app mean?

I am seeing three(3) blue dots beside an app(like elevate and Simcity). What those dots mean? Could someone kindly explain to me?

This means that there are multiple versions of that particular apk each designed differently for phone specs.

It means that the apk file is split (not sure exactly what that means). I myself am trying to figure out how to use lucky patcher when the file is split.
