When creating a support patch for InApp and LVL, I see these results:

Patch Pattern N2: Success
Patch Pattern N3: Failed...
Patch Pattern N4: Failed...

Is your device rooted?
if yes, you can replace play-store with mod play-store & perches items.
This method work for me.(tested with latest version)
But its must work creating mod apk. (because in past i'm used deep town mod apk & perches gems)
if it doesn't work mod apk, install old version mod apk & perches gems & update to new version
