This particular game I play,
I'm not gonna say which one, for the purity of an answer,
Has a system which can sometimes have a banner style notifcation that will redirect you to the game and award the you in game currency.
This notification occurs on factors that are totally random, not time since last app usage, not a set interval of time,
Totally random.

Can I force this app to spam/mass deploy notifications so I can infinitely produce coins?

Even if it meant not necessarily using LP but digging through the apk or /data/data/game?
