Due to my enormously fat fingers, I pressed something I shouldn't have. 

Within toolbox, I was going to set it up for the play store, I accidently hit the third one down instead of the fourth.

So I used the last option in hope that it would remove what I done..... It didn't, and now under toolbox I have only an option to reverse all saved purchases.

Any idea on how to reverse the patches under toolbox or fix the app back to its completely original state? 

I have tried clearing cache in recovery, and have also reinstalled the app a few times.
