How to patch the apps which specifically check if user has lucky patcher installed?

So I am just an ordinary guy. I got no programming skills or whatsoever. I have been using Lucky patcher since last 2 years. It's been a great experience. Nowadays there are many apps which have in app purchases and also have protection against Lucky patcher. For example this one.

I want to use this app's pro version. But I can't use Lucky patcher on it. Because this app specifically looks for Lucky Patcher on user's device. In fact if I try to actually pay for its premium version, then I would have to uninstall Lucky patcher from my device first. I wanted to know if there is a way to bypass whatever security methods the developers of this app have used.

The problem is I can't open the app, because it required Mi Band to open it. so I can't test it.

but I'll give a try
