My question isn't about how to use the app, but rather about how does it let you make the in-app purchases thing.

From what i understand, when you clicked a purchase button on a app, the app normally will send a billing/payment request to Google app store. Then normally after you pay legally through play store, the app will register/acknowledged this payment and give your paid item. The way lucky patcher work is instead of sending billing request to PlayStore, Lucky patcher will intercepted and send the billing request to its proxy server. Then it will run its magic and send a false paid verification to the app. Then the app will registered the purchase and give you the item. That what from my own knowledge though.
