Hi, I just rooted my phone earlier today and I've tested it to see if it's really rooted, which it is. But now, I'm trying to figure out how to actually give LuckyPatcher root access, because I'm still only seeing the three options in the toolbox area that I was seeing before. What should I do? Are there any other things I have to download that I missed? Or is there some step I have to do in Madgisk. Please let me know.

I have that same issue currently, have LSposed and it wouldn't be recognized by root. And my work around I thought was use PixelFlasher manually grant root access but once I did that LSposed wouldn't open. Have tried fresh install of stock rom then rebooting multiple ways and still nothing... So if any of you wizards can figure it out I'll buy you a beer.
