Is the app or game of the patch you want to remove patched pr do you just want to remove the custom patch itself from lucky patcher?

If you just want to remove the patch itself from lucky patcher so it doesn't show up that's easy.

First open Lucky Patcher

Locate the app you want

Tap it, select custom patch

The top red text is the name of the custom patch. Write ot down or remember it.

Go to Android/data, then locate com.android.vending.billing.InAppBillingService.XOIN, the files/LuckyPatcher.

There are 4 folders and a lot of random files. These files are the custom patches. Locate the one you just wrote down for the game you want to remove.

Once you locate it, delete it.

That's all. It should now be removed when you run lucky patcher.

It will come back each time you download the update for custom patches, so you'll have to delete it again.
