Folks, LP is more and more a mystery for me.

I have a game app (solitaire) which shows sometimes boring ad. Till today the LP patch to stop these ads has been working fine. 

Today I started the app and the ad appeared. OK, I thought that I maybe lost something/the patch and patched the app again. No way....doesnt work anymore. The boring ads are still there. 

Does anyone have an idea?
